The object of the present notice is the preselection of national or foreign potential investors susceptible to be interested by a hold of controlling interest in the social capital of the National Society of Road Transportation, named by abbreviation SNTR (social sits: 27, Rue des
Frères - Bouadou - Bir Mourad Rais – Algiers).
This notice appears in the setting of the institutional device in force, notably the order n° 01-04 - of the 20th august 2001 according to the organization, the management and the privatization of the economic public corporations and the state involvements advice resolutions.
The SNTR has been created in March 1967; Reorganized in 2001 in industrial group, which is composed by three subsidiaries:
- The freight management: AGEFAL/ Spa
- The logistics and the transportation: LOGITRANS / Spa
- The maintenance: MAINTENANCE PLUS / Spa
It has a network well implanted on the set of the territory and an experienced staff (3 100 workers). Its turnover in 2005 is about four thousand two hundred sixty millions of dinars (4.260.000.000 DA), in increase of 25 % comparing to 2004.

The candidates justifying investment aptitude and how know mobilization in relation with the specialisations, the heritage and the objectives and the society development perpetuation, object of the present notice, are asked to send (by advisable express mail or by carrier ability) to the address of the SGP in the delay indicated the following documents:
- A demonstration of interest;
- The candidate's presentation containing all useful information, notably on his possibilities of potential rescuer.
- A declaration on honor attesting that the candidate is not in situation of bankruptcy or judicial liquidation.
The demonstration of interest must not contain any technical and/or financial offer.
The retained candidates will receive a notification for the withdrawal of the specifications within forty five (45) days, from fence date of the present notice interest demonstration.
The present notice, published in national press on May 23rd 2006 reference as follow: ANEP N° 474772, is extended till August 30th 2006.
